About Us

Tyrone Akins is a professional Wedding and Event Photographer native from Aberdeen, Maryland but as of July 9, 2015 He has now relocated to Charlotte NC.  Tyght Shots Photography started in 2005, but he has been doing photography ever since middle school as a hobby. Tyrone has become an accomplished photographer with doing portfolio from the Local Grace and Glory Magazine front covers for August, September and November 2010 issues. He also included in his portfolio artists such as: Patti Labelle, Peobo Bryson, Fantasia, Mario, Jonathan Nelson, and the late K-Swift from being at many different events throughout Maryland, DC, and Philadelphia. Tyrone has had the opportunity to photograph for Baltimore Fashion Week Since 2010, 20111 & 2012. 

Tyrone is a graduate of Strayer University in 2010, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Minor in Marketing, Tyrone is dedicated to learning new ways to better serve and provide excellent service to his customers. TSP specializes in Weddings/Engagement Shoots, Family Portraits, Head Shots, Children Photos, Graduation/Senior Portraits, Baby Showers/Maternity Shoots, Fashion and etc. Tyrone has also been involved in many different photography meet up groups, and F-Stop International today know as Baltimore/Washington Photographers. Tyrone understands that finding the perfect photographer is most important and through his work, he guarantees to provide quality professional services that will show his excellence and pride in workmanship.
